15 hr workshop ~ $900.00
This course allows the participant to gain a basic understanding of traditional lomilomi, using lomilomi techniques passed down from generation to generation which includes basic lessons on Ho'o pono pono (Hawaiian Mediation), La'au lapa'au (Hawaiian Medicinal Medicines) & a brief lesson on Hawaiian History.
30 hr workshop ~ $1800.00
This course allows the participant to gain a more comprehensive understanding of traditional lomilomi, using lomilomi techniques passed down from generation to generation which includes basic lessons on Ho'o pono pono (Hawaiian Mediation), La'au lapa'au (Hawaiian Medicinal Medicines), a brief lesson on Hawaiian History & field trips to varies locations on Oahu.
60 hr workshop ~ $3600.00
This course offers the participant a deeper understanding of traditional lomilomi, using various lomilomi techniques passed down from generation to generation which includes lessons on Ho'o pono pono (Hawaiian Mediation), La'au lapa'au (Hawaiian Medicinal Medicines), lessons on Hawaiian History & field trips to varies locations on Oahu. At the end of this course the participant will have the basic tools necessary to perform lomilomi as well as the knowledge to continue to perpetuate this beautiful & sacred cultural practice.
